Bottle, Berggrens Motala. Murky dark amber body. Peachy, honeyish aroma, orange, big esters, bit odd but nice, caramel. Nice sweetish taste, vanilla, coconut?!, Bit yeasty, spicy, prickly carbonation, some warmth. Again, a good Belgian beer from these people!

--Bottled at Berggrens Öltapp, Motala. -- Hazy amber, mid sized head. Aroma of marzipan, hay, citrus and licorice. Mid sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Intense hay and citrus, licorice and aniseed. Bitter warming finish.

Bottle at Berggrens, Motala. Murky amber-red body, white head. Vanilla-like notes dominate the aroma. Lean taste, vanilla and hoppy herbal bitter finish, mixing with cloves from the yeast, citric notes, and some vague esters. Interesting. Bit aggressive in the finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy orangey orangey brown with no head. Nose of Belgian yeast and overripe, dried, dark fruits. Rich body, caramel and dark fruits. Warming alcohol finish but not overly so. Not the most complex Quad, bu still delicious. 190622

Tap at Ölstugan Tullen Dåmir Borås. Hazy golden body, white head. Creamy spicy, flowery aroma, soft. Lean, yeasty, bit of orange, spicy-vegetal, smooth, fairly soft apart from the finish. Okay really. Grows on you.

Bottle at Stångs Magasin. Hazy golden body, big white head. Harbal, spicy, citric aroma, light banana - Belgian yeast, hops, some malt, nice! Lean, clean taste, prickly, sweet fruity notes, brown sugar, big carbonation, herbal bitterish finish. Good stuff indeed, like a modern Belgian.
