ABV: 9.2%. ✅ Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, banana - fruit, candy yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, phenol, fruity yeast, sweet yeast, candy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210506]

Flaska. Karamell, banan och massor av vitpeppar. Ganska bubblig men samtidigt fyllig. Bra och stiltypisk trippel.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy deep blushing golden, brief head. Phenolic nose with elderflowers and hay. Dry with medium body and crisp, spritzy mouthfeel. Marzipan and band aid, husky bread, hay and elderflowers. Peppery warming finish with medium bitterness. Love what they are trying to do, totally dry and crisp, but a bit wild on yeasty phenols.
