Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, murky, opaque brown with a small, beige head. Some dried apricot in the nose, and alcohol. Rich, fizzy body. Some dark, dried fruits but strangely dry with an odd alcohol burn. Lacks, sweetness, body and complexity. This is plain rough. 040928

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear dark brown, mid sized head. Chestnut, licorice and marzipan up front. Mid sweet with fair sized body and rounded mouthfeel. Dark chocolate, marzipan and brown sugar. Mildly salmiaky mid bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a roughish, beige head. Lovely yeast esters of dark, dried fruits, molasses and brown sugar. Rich, fat body, estery and phenollic, but in what I call afriendly way. Rich and warming alcohol with sufficient, balancing hops. This is the good stuff. 060825

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a coudy and almost opaque amber with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Good, aromatic nose with a neat interplay between hops and yeast. Rich, malty body - some sweet crystal malts there before a massively bitter finish. Pretty damm hardcore. 060825

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a small yet lacing, white head. Yeasty, spicy and quite pleasantly aromatic nose. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, cat pee hops with a bitter finish. The yeast doesn't disturbe the overall picture as in most Belgian style IPAs. This comes out a a sharp and pleasant modern Saison. 060825

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Medium body, sweet maltiness, fruity, spicy although I cannot quite tell if it's just the yeast doing wonders. Quite a solid and balancing bitter finish. 060823

Bottle 33 cl. Clear amber, pretty strange lifeless pour that only leaves a tiny, rough, white head. Somewhat spicy, perfumy aroma - maybe it's all a yeast job. Medium body, sweet crystal malts and again this perfumy spiciness. Some discreet finishing bitterness. Not quite up there with Palm or De Koninck. 060825
