Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy deep blushing golden, brief head. Phenolic nose with elderflowers and hay. Dry with medium body and crisp, spritzy mouthfeel. Marzipan and band aid, husky bread, hay and elderflowers. Peppery warming finish with medium bitterness. Love what they are trying to do, totally dry and crisp, but a bit wild on yeasty phenols.

Flask. En rätt ordinär belgisk blond. Söt med massor av karamell och lätt blommig. Jästen är ganska återhållsam vilket gör det ganska ospännande.

Bottle from SB. Gusher! Dark brown with big, beige head that disappears fairly quickly. Candi sugar, toffee banana, spices. Fairly straight forward.
