Description
The Brasserie Marie-Thérèse is located in the Vosges on the heights of Remiremont. It is in the middle of the fields in a peaceful landscape that you can find Antoine Claudel the young brewer and manager of the Marie-Thérèse production! It was in 2014 that the brewery was born, moving into an old building on Chemin du Passage de l'Âne in Remiremont. At that time 100 hectoliters were brewed per year, today the brewery has evolved by multiplying its annual production by six and currently offers seven different beers!

Bottle from Carrefour in Remiremont. Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Malty, some grain, fruity notes. Taste: Malty, grainy, hoppy backbone, subtle blueberry notes. Medium body, below average carbonation. I think this one would benefit from more carbonation. Light to moderate sweet and bitter. Ok overall, but I was hoping for more.

From a local streetmarket in Bain-les-Bains. Fruity bubblegum nose, reminds me of Red Bull energy drink. Cloudy pale amber, mid-sized loose frothy off-white head, half-way lasting. Aroma orange, blueberry, blackcurrant, bubble gum, light yeast, herbal notes. Taste light heavy sweet, fruity, light spicy notes. Sweet and slightly bitter aftertaste, fruity, bit papery, some cinnamon, thin body, watery texture, soft carbonation, disappointing.

From a local local streetmarket in Bain-les-Bains. Hazy straw colour, cider-like, small soapy off-white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, white grapes, goose berries, cloves, coriander. Taste light to medium sweet and light sour, wheat, yeast, fruity, spices. Gains sourness in the aftertaste, spicy notes. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, good intentions but rather flat wheat beer.
