Very nice Gose Hell. Light on the salt. There are only two places in Goslar that make Gose and they’re next door to each other. My first on-site brew venue in Germany!

Sad, I hoped this would be an Amber Gose as their other two beers are Gose. Really plain dark pils, less interesting than a standard Amber lager.

Clear amber golden. Roch caramel malts. Higher minerality. Not too bitter.

Yes not sure why to call this Gose? Its like a Munich lager but with maybe topfermenting yeast? Tastes good though.

16-08-21 // 300ml draft. Unfiltered sort if golden. White head. Wheat malts, mininal ester fruity. Some minerals but not like salty. Mild spicy. Softer carbonation. Quite smooth. No lactic acid.
