Hazy yellow body with modest foam, has nice chewy pine with pineapple. Flavour is nice bright hops melded well with biscuity malt, full and smooth finish. Nothing too exciting but well made enough.

Good foam on a mellow yellow body, soft murky grain aroma. Tastes of soft banana, weak creamy grain, banana becomes cloying at the end. Clean enough but nothing too exciting here.

Good dark brown body with modest foam, nice sweet barley and smooth coffee on the nose. Flavour is bright and smooth sweet oatmeal with a full finish. Very nice, simple but well crafted.

Casked Wild Ale from Settlement Brewing

Earthy sour vinegar aroma, quite great in fast. Has murky gold body with little foam, if any. Flavour is yeasty and sour, chalky, very nice. Crisp mouthfeel. An enjoyable wild ale, good yeasty tartness.

Nice floral hops and grain aroma, has weak yellow body with mediocre foam. Flavour is chewy sweet hops, pretty piney and heavy. Mouthfeel is a little too chewy. Okay.

Tranquilo Lime Lager from Settlement Brewing

Good pilsner hops on the nose, sharp and tangy lime helps to round it out. Has weak gold body and bad foam. Flavour is nice citrusy pilsner hops, floral lime throughout. Mouthfeel is crisp and smooth. A decent take on this combination.

Portside Dry Hopped Pilsner from Settlement Brewing

Nice sharp pilsner hops on the nose, has okay light gold body with some bad foam. Flavour is great lemony pilsner grains and hops, crisp and tart finish. Very nice.
