Tap at Umineko. Hazy gold with lace. Nose is lemony citrs, pithy. Dlavor is dry and slightly tannic, lots of citrus and not much tropical fruit. Thin, dry, watery, with a slightly astringent finish.

As you’d expect. Bit spicy again. Lots of maltiness. Gets sweeter the further down you go.

Nice and fruity. Not so much kolsch character but it’s good. Bit of tea blended in there apparently. Can taste it now I know it’s there. Before I couldn’t.

light straw color. Tropical nose that is almost phenolic and extremely dry. I get the sense it’s over attenuated. Light palate, but again almost burnt plastic like character and a simple grinding bitterness. Not a disaster but far from anything I would order again

light straw color. Slightly tart, citrusy nose with tangerines and lime. Light body, aggressive bitterness. Dry and snappy with biscuity malt backbone. Decent enough.

Bit of sharpness, but then tropical fruitiness. Not cloying in a New England way like I’d expected. Pleasant surprise! Bit of that Belgian soapy plastic thing too.
