Göller Helles 'Baptist', vom Faß im Hotel-Restaurant Goger, Augsfeld. - Goldgelb, klar. - Antrunk satt getreidig hellmalzig und schön malzsüß mit Vanille und feiner Gewürznote (Muskatnuß?). Milde aber nicht langweilige herbale Hopfung mit feiner, leicht trockener Orangenschale. Mild rezent, vollmundig, kremig. Im Abgang milde aber feine Hopfenherbe. - Sehr schönes, individuelles Helles. Pour is a murky tan with a large white head. Aroma is grain and black bread. Maybe a little wet paper bag. Flavor is again a very bready malt with a little caramel to give this a more chewy body. This was nice. A very liquid bread type beer.

Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Post Christmas Jolly - January 2014. Pours clear pale yellow with a foamy, white topping. Decent stuff, some doughy bread, cereal, straw, faint lemon rind. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, an accent of tin, dry cereal, biscuits. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared on the train, day 3 of the post Christmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle from the Rewe Bamberg shared on the train from Bamberg to Nuremberg. Pours clear pale yellow with a frothy, white head. Very basic, notes of cereal, light dough, some biscuits and hay. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, further cereal, faint paper. So so overall.
