50cl bottle, shared. Poured golden color with a typical white head. Lots of grain in aroma, some bread as well. Flavor similar, but had some metal notes in finish.

Geringfügig hopfiger Antrunk, die Herbe ist hier deutlich stärker. Im Mittelteil gleicht sich der Hopfen aber an und übertrumpft die Herbe kurze Zeit später, helle Malznoten, süßlich holzig. Zum Ende hin milder, herb-bitter, weiter holzig und etwas grasig. 5/11/11/10/8/11

[10/4/11] Bottle at Ølbaren in Copenhagen. Clear deep red-amber color with a huge white head. Aroma of smoked sausages. Smoked flavor with meat, some wood and a bit of caramel. Medium-bodied.

[9/29/11] Mahleket Hanikot Shotrim ’11 tour. Bottle at Ølbaren in Copenhagen. Served in a ceramic mug. Aroma of some slightly vegetal yeast, a bit of malt and some noble hops. Flavor has some slightly bready malt sweetness, some earthy and slightly vegetal yeast and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, cereal, wheat, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, cereal, yeast, fruity sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111002]
