Muddy blond color. Aroma of malt, dirty water, fruits, wheat, rotting fruits. Smoother and sweeter than the average Weisse, it has very light wheat flavor, light fruits and very low bitterness. Only a Weisse lover can appreciate this.

Bottle 330ml.Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy lime, soap. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate sweet lime acidic with a average to long duration, a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]

Swing-top bottle. Sour milk/barnyard and barley malt aroma. Amber color with moderate head. Slightly sour barley malt and hay flavor. Sweet aftertaste. Smooth - just lacking a lot of the typical Kellerbier earthiness.Earlier Rating: 8/20/2004 Total Score: 3.7Bottle. Mild malt aroma. Cloudy golden color. Nice malt flavor with only a slight hint of bitterness to finish. Not bad but not as full flavored as I like in this type of beer.

Swing-top bottle. Light smoked ham and barley malt aroma. Copper color with large head. Smoked meat and barley malt flavor - nicely balanced and on the mild side. A nice beer.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Mildly grainy and slightly doughy malty aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy and fresh carbonation. Strawy malty raste with a tinge of sour dough and a good dash of grassy and herbal hops; sweet-bitter and mildly hoppy finish. Aromatic and rounded Pilsener. 18.XI.09

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma with caramel notes. Malty flavour with caramel and grassy hops that gave it bitternes towards the finish. Quite dry as well.

Bottled. An unclear light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of lemon - weird. The finish is dry like chewing lemon peel. Thanks yespr for sharing.
