Bottle (chilled): A bit unclear, ruby-amber coloured with a stable pinkish head; sweetish-artificial fruity nose: cherries, almonds, raspberries with a grainy-beery touch in the background; very sweet flavour, sticky MF; mainly sweetish-fruity, slightly spicy finish with a beery touch in the aftertaste. Not really necessary......

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Distinct grassy nose. Medium dry with rounded mouthfeel. Simple but well made with long bitter finish. Not really up to Franconian standards, but pretty good for such a big brewer.

Bottle swing top 50cl @ Home.Clear light to medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, roasted, hay, bread, sour malt, light to moderate yeasty, buttery, toffee notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderaate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (090608)

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, smaller loose beige head; drier caramelly nose with not hidden hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, caramalty base well detectable, light to medium bodied; lingering hops in the aftertaste, sweet caramalty and bitter finish. A robust and spicy Dunkel with well incorporated hops, moreish and very well balanced.............
