[Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 34#] Hazy dark amber with large off white head. Sourish aroma with toasted malt and caramel. Sour flavor with toasted malt, caramel and berries. Ends sour. Clearly infected.

Bottle#34: 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy redish with a collapsing off-white head. Mild yeasty and spiced aroma. Shows a light note of infection. Flavour is sweet caramel malt with a light citric touch throughout. Mild yeasty touch towards the finish. Citric bite into the finish, sadly also infected.

Bottle#33: 75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a lacing tan to chocolate brown head. Chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Flavour is hard roasted malt with a light coffee note. Light liqourice note and mild tar-ish note too. Solid acidic flavour into the finish. Ends dry and with a light bitterness.

Black color; beige creamy head. Aroma of roasted malt and cardboard. Strong chocolate flavor and roasted malt, good body strength; dry finish, with some liquorice. Good.

Hazy dark amber color. A bit of hop aroma, also soapy and with citrus fruits. Quite good caramel and malt flavor, but spoiled by a light sourness/infection; also some vegetables.
