Black with brown edges. The head is not very large. Smells a lot of dark chocolate. You can also smell a little coffee and peanuts. Smells a bit like chocolate ice cream. Tastes like chocolate and cold, bitter coffee. The body is relatively thin; the alcohol content should have been much higher.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear amber, small head. Peppery caramelly nose with some pears. Sweet with full to massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and pear brandy, sweaty citrus. Really bitter finish with a good punch of alcohol heat.

3$ can @ vintage. Virtually clear off pale. White head stays. Nose of cheap american malt likker that sat on the shelf for 2 years. It says best by 4/2027, so I'm not sure what's going on. Taste is cheap near cloying sweet american malt likker as well, whew. Difficult. Not as bad as Jaguire Ice, Luckyn Number High Gravity nor Stack 101, but this shite is pretty bad. At least it does have a little carbonation to ease up on the abhorrentness, whew. In the middle, the near cloy is not yielding. It simply wants you to know what it is. I'm surprized market garden would allow release of this brew, its way below their character. Finish is atrocious, aborning abominable and shocking; think Rosemay's baby! Would not do again, blah. I'd say this is on the level of Dog Bite, Silver Ice, Evil Eye, Hurricane and Camo. Somebody forgot to put this in a brown paper bag, hehehehh.

Near clear pale yellow from a 2$ can at chalet premiere, nice place! No head, just a little pond scum on top. Nose is boozy soda pop. First taste is quite lemony, with a mild to medium tart background, just like a good shandy should. But right away, that booze starts kicking in. Like those fortified malt soda bombs. Now getting a warming sensation in the middle. I must say though, there is a goodly amount of carbonation in there that keeps it somewhat refreshing. In the end, as the label says, its a simple boosted shandy. So be it. Finishes with a alky punch. Had this in the fridge for a while because I was not looking forward to it, but now I'm glad its over and done with.
