cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. gusher. judging by the aroma i would put this one down as a saison, herbal wild yeasty notes, with a good flowery base. Flavor is more like an ipa, still the wild yeast, but a good malty and bitter hoppy, base. in addition to the bitter pine, also flowers and exotic fruits. quite nice hopping.

Abrir con cuidado. Efervescencia que se sale de la botella. Espuma exagerada de aspecto jabonoso, blanca. Aroma dulce, bizcocho, y levadura.

Mala. ¿¿Bitter??

33cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours hazy amber with a huge, off-white head. Hoppy and quite funky aroma with tropical fruits, citrus and yeasty notes. Feels like it’s infected, fairly sour and quite funky. Moderate sweet, but with sourness dominating before the bitterness. Fairly tasty anyway, and quite dinkable. Lively carbonation. Fair enough even if it’s probably infected.
