Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, 27th January 19. Pours a clear orange beer. Aroma is smoked malts, pine, smoke. Taste is smoke, oily, sweetish, quite authentic German, refreshing and smokey. The low reviews here, possibly show a lack of appreciation of the style.

Keg at Whippet Lab, Stockholm. Hazy pale orange, creamy head. Piney, somewhat yeasty nose with mild medicinal smoke. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Fruity, piney and mildly smokey. Fairly low bitterness.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 19th December 18. Pours a light straw colour. aroma is citrus, grain, tropical. Taste is fruity, tropical, delicious. Not at all bad.

Bottle @Sam Beer (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino media, abbastanza persistente. Al naso note di caffè, cioccolato fondente, liquirizia, leggera oliva, leggero erbaceo. In bocca ha un amaro deciso, caffettosa, abbastanza secca. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Non male.
