Big thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts intense hoppy, grasy, some flowery notes, modest bitter. Well balanced finish, a bit milder, still fine hoppy notes. Not bad!

330 ml. bottle @ home. BBF 07/2020. RIS with vanilla, cinnamon & oak nuts I think? Not sure my French is not that good. Made by a new Parisian brewery with both brewers apparently having foreign experience. Very dark brown with a solid creamy mocha head. Nose is sharp surprisingly alcoholic, followed by soy sauce followed by light mocha. Taste is rather umami, plenty of soy sauce and roast, some pralines, not really getting cinnamon, maybe some faint vanilla, getting some charcoal, there is some booze in the back but nowhere near as heavy as in the smell. Lightly syrupy. Overall decent, not very expressive, some mocha, strong roast & soy sauce mainly. Okay but one would expect more given these ingredients. Given that most French breweries are not that impressive, this one might deserve some additional praise.

Bottle at THT thanks to Scott. Hazy dark brown with minimal off white head. Quite some coffee, old coffee, chocolate, light vanilla, roasted malts and some minerals towards the finish. Medium sweet with roasted bitter finish. Medium bodied with slick feel and barely any carbonation.
