33cl bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi, Helsinki. Pours very dark brown, close to black, with a fairly large, but not too lasting beige head. Roasty and hoppy aroma with notes of licorice, pine, dark fruits and hints of herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and bitterness. Quite okay.

Smell of malt, starch. Pale amber colour, high white head. Aroma of malt, some fruit. Very light body. Lightly bitter. Wild carbon. Boring.

Smell of ash, hops. Black colour, dark brown head. Aroma of ash, hops, roasted malt in finish. Some vegetables also. Lively carbon. Bitter. Ashy dry palate. Nicely balanced Black IPA, best so far from Nilkko.

Cola color, cloudy stable head. Aroma has pine, wood, ashes and roasted. Taste has wood and pine, some burnt ashes, dry and bitter. Quite good, but could be a bit more strong.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 07/2018. Aroma has nice licorice and ashy tones. Flavour has licorice, ash, some hoppy tones and mild tobacco notes. Also faint traces of vegetables. A balanced black ipa; not too hoppy and gives also room for the roasted notes. A bit too ashy though.

TERVEISIÄ HANNULLE! Dark brown colour, small brownish head. Toasted, fruity but also unclean milkyness. Medium-bodied. Chocolate, some citric hops, milkyness. Tolerable but unfortunately has some unclean notes.

33cl bottle @ Vasa tasting. Thanks to Hanniku. Poured cola brown color with a thin white head. Roasted malty, light woody aroma. Flavor has some chocolate, light wood and licorice. Hoppy finish.
