Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt, whisky, chocolate, caramel, touch of liquorice and smoke. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and mildly bitter. Medium body. Bit thin, but nice whisky and roast/smoke aroma.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is heavily peated with roated malt, whisky, iodine, smoke, and some liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium, which is a bit thin for the aroma. Heavy on the peat, good!

Bottle from Mr. Hop. Aroma is whisky, dark malt, caramel, oak, some liquorice, raisins, touch of smoke and soft peat. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate bitterness. Medium body without carbonation. Good as always, but not my favourite Snorre.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is roasted malt, liquorice, plenty of bourbon, barrel, alcohol. Notes of dried fruits, some raisins and chocolate. Bittersweetish taste, light sharpness but not too much. Medium to full body. Another fine Berghoeve BA.

Bottle from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is nicely roasty malt with a bold wine barrel influence. Chocolate, oak, dried fruits. Tannins. Mild sweet, above medium body. Big wine barrel. Very nice.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with lots of Heaven Hill bourbon, oak, touch of liquorice and vanilla. Flavour is medium sweet with a decent bitterness and a somewhat boozy finish. Body is medium to full. Very good, a tad boozy with a bit more liquorice than I like.

Bottle at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht. Aroma is salty liquorice, roasted malt, peat, whiskey, oak, some chocolate. Medium sweet, moderate bitter. Body is medium. Bit too heavy on the liquorice for my taste, nice roast and peat.
