Tastes moderate sweet caramelly with dried fruit acidity, yeasty and herbal following with warm and spicy mouthfeel, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not bad…

Pours cloudy brown amber color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts medium sweet grainy with dried fruit acidity, following is tart yeasty, citrusy and peppery, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is light bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Easy going blondie…

Bottle. Hazy golden color, with small white head. Aroma is the classic of witbier, with coriander and orange peel coming to the nose. Taste too, and after a while it comes clear also the chamomile, definitely, and actually that's the main note remaining in the mouth to me. Surprisingly, even if the IBU are only 13, there is a nice bitterness too in the aftertaste. Strong carbonation, maybe a bit too much fizzy. A nice beer, maybe the best of their whole range (for what I tried until now).

gift from kapusil - thank you so much, my friend! hazy golden to orange colour, moderate sized dense off-white head; aroma of grainy, grape peel, orange zesty, some apple peel, earthy, yeasty and floral honey notes; taste is quite similar to the aroma; good tripel!

0.33l bottle. Hazy brown body with a quickly disappearing pearl head. Aroma an taste of orange zest, candi sugars, caramel, dates, cocoa and raisins. The finish shows a bit of floral hoppyness, but it's mostly sweet. Medium bodied with a high carbonation. Nice take on the style.
