Tap at Erzbierschof Winterthur. Pours clear shiny amber. Aroma is fresh cut grass, some pines and flowers. Body is dominated by bitterness with mostly malty sweetness, not residuals. Feels almost like an amber or a red ale. Rather dry palate, nuts. Okay.

Spelled with K on the cap; claiming 5% ABV Good yellowish head over clear metallic orange-copper beer. Nice impressive citrussy hops, straw, hopbales, grapefruit, lytchee, peach. Bitterish, citrussy, very dry, again fruity - peach. Light body, but with some slickness. Good APA.

Bottle from Erzbierschof, Bern, bb 7.5.2014
Hazy golden color with no head. Fruity aroma, wrong fermentation, not unpleasant but suspicious. Sweetish flavor of cereals, light fruitiness, although coming from weird fermentation; high bitterness.
Somehow wrong, not necessarily bad.

Brown color with medium sized head, short retention. Moderate aroma of roasted malts and chocolate, pleasant. Dry mouthfeel; highly carbonated; medium-to-strong roasted malt flavor, a touch of dark chocolate, a bit earthy and dusty, with a good bitterness level and a trace of yeast.
Tastes more like a top-fermented beer, not as clean as Dunkels, not bad at all.
