Trinkst du noch oder quakst du schon? Blaue Ente – das bedeutet Bierbrauen mit Leidenschaft. Zu unserem Standartsortiment gehören Electrum (Amber), Mora (Brown Ale) und Alba (Pale Ale). Saisonal reizen uns jedoch spezielle Experimente wie unser fruchtiges Rubus (Waldbeeren Ale), das frische Fructus (Mirabellen Wheat Ale) und unser geschmackstarkes Sambucus (Holunder-Weizen).

Appearance: Clear golden, hazy later. Huge amount of white head. Aroma: Grapefruit, light fruits. Good hops. Taste: Lots of fruits, exotic fruits. Good amount of hops. Nice bitterness. Bought: B Like Beer, 330 ml, CHF 4.70 Info: 2/1-2021, BB: 28/2-2021

Appearance: Medium brown, some haze. Small, fizzy light tan head. Aroma: Malt, toasted, light caramel. Taste: Medium malt, toasted, bread. Some caramel sweetness. Decent. Bought: B Like Beer, 330 ml, CHF 4.20 Info: 19/12-2020, BB: 31/1-2021
