Bottle from fine wines Limerick. Malty yellow with a medium head. Aroma of honey malt. Flavour is heavy butter biscuit malt, grainy but a bit unbalanced.

On tap at Mother Mac's Public House. Mostly clear deep gold in color with a bubbly white head that persists. Bready crackery malt with plenty of diacetyl. Light earthy floral hops.

Bottle at home. Pours a deep amber with a large white cloudy head. Nose of toast and some nutty character. Taste is the same, a small bit of resin hop bitterness. I would have classified this as more of a Vienna style lager.

Dark amber, cleat, thin white head
Aroma of soft floral hops, touch of citrus, toasty sweeet malts
Taste of floral hops, dab of citrus, soft caramel malt background, gets more malty as it warms up
Palate - Soft carb, medium body,soft bitter. Finish is a bit dry with a wave of toasted malt, hint of black tea, clean finish
Overall - Easy drinking beer, quite pleasant, fairly malty
