From one coop Sion. Sharing it with my wife for the St-Valentin, at night. A classic for us, a correct and tasty radler, rather dry for the style, malty, lemony, bitter, note of lemonade, sparkling.

Drinking this lemony juice, yesterday, on the train, coming back from Scharans at home, the best has always an end and this one was refreshing with this weather of autumn fresh and rainy. This one is carbonated, rather dry, sour, lemony, 02.08.23

Drinking this beer at the buffet, at Disentis, on the last thursday, waiting our train to Andermatt. This beer is acceptable for the style, dry and bready, watery, malty, extract of hop, aromatic enough, a pity thay we could not say more time there, 16.01.22

It is typical a brow beer not so smocked that some Bavarians, discreet roasted malt, hop, a bit watery, well balanced, 17.01.17, finding it at the Manor, Chur after a trip from Vienna with Arianna and going to eat a schnitzel in the city center.

It is not my favourite lager, cold it is drinkable, malty, some hop, a bit watery and metalic, 19.07.16, drinking this beer sometimes and once with Yoann, a really long time ago, prefering the edelbräu version.

opalescent orange colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of grapefruit juice, some dried candied pomelo peel and orange juice notes; taste is quite the same; with sugary sweetness; not bad radler

Yellow colour, moderate sized white head; aroma and taste of grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and some hoppy bitterness; higly carbonated; not that artificial and quite refreshing
