--Keg at Galmegi Taproom Haeundae, Busan. -- Murky straw colour, mid sized head. Generous aroma of grass and passionfruit. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with passionfruit, pineapple and mango. Mid bitter finish. Excellently crafted.
This is one of those where I think the simcoe isn’t balanced—slight lavender soapy notes up front fading to an orange citrus. Long lasting bitterness.
juicy citrus hazy pale
Citrus, peachy, hazy
Grapefruit juice, hazy fruits. I would have guessed simcoe
Really juicy pale ale. Tons of mandarin and tangerine, a bit of pink grapefruit
Hazy start to the night. Citrus, tropical melon nose, slightly green. Strong and you can taste it
There’s a nice juicy mango peachy nose, but the beer itself is a bit thin.
Cleaner than the motocross. Melon and grapes come through nicely from the Nelson, very New Zealand
Yeasty, slightly malty lager. Mild banana notes from the wheat, but nothing notable. Clean.
