Draft - Belgian yeasts, like a wit almost. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Fruity and estery with hints of apple and a a bitter dry finish. Lots of caramel and spice, but apple and fruit dominates.

Draft - Balsamic and cherry with a bit barrel. Clear Amber with a decent off white head. Malty, light soured notes with a touch of cherry. Not bad, but doesn’t hold a candle to the staples.

Draft - Soured malts and some umame. Clear dark gold with a thin white head. Light bubblegum and pale malts. Not even close. No tartness or cherries. I understand interpretation, but this is a bit far removed.

Draft - Dark roast and some chocolate notes. Jet brown and black with a rich light brown head. Roasty, bitter and some dark chocolate notes. Very dry and bitter finish. Draft - Orange peel and grains. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Lots of grains and some citrus. Grains overwhelm the citrus though.

Draft - Grainy and a touch of skunk. Pale yellow with a decent white head. Grainy, bitter and some skunk. Very aggressive and nice. Little perfume in the finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange with no head. The aroma is leather, wood, funk. Thin mouth, lemon zest, funk, oak, light dry finish, very nice.

From a 375 ml bottle Vintage 2014 with purple wax, capped and corked. Pours black with a tan head. The aroma is of bourbon and the taste is dark fruits, oak and vanilla which had a delicious bourbon licorice finish.
