Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of hay with a crisp grass and a bit of straw underlying. Flavor has a great crisp grass with some sweet hay and a bit of straw in the finish.

16 oz, brewed about a month ago. Definitely not out of production. Aroma is grassy, bready, crackery, lemony, floral, chalky candy. Pours clear golden with a two+ finger off white head with excellent retention. Taste has a light bitterness with sweet crackery malt flavors. Has a light metallic off note that isn’t too distracting.

Can thanks to Russell. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and straw. Medium body, earth, grass, light bitter finish, very good.

Taste at Beasts & Brews. Pours a murky, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is lavender, butterscotch, bread dough, cardamom, and light pine. Dry, with a musty bitterness. Medium body, with a hard, sticky feel. Pretty fun.

Can picked up at Kihoskh and drunk at home (11/11/2021) - New πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ brewery βœ… hazy yellow with a white head. Juicy fruity aroma and taste, lots of mango and passionfruit, nectarine and grapefruit, getting that strata induced strawberry vibe, medium body, piney dank light bitter hoppy finish. Lovely, goes down a treat.

Tap at Stanley Beer Hall - crystal clear gold with a foamy head - clean and light, with a firm bitterness and slight minerality - there is a very mild graininess in the way back, but otherwise it is dry and enjoyable - nice finishing bitterness.

Draft at Stanley Beer Hall - turbid gold - huge citrus nose - juicy citrus flavor, but still manages to be relatively dry overall - a bit watery for the style in terms of body - it’s decent.

Everything I want in a non adjunct BA stout and more! Bourbon warmth, tons of bourbon vanilla notes, chocolatey nose and finish, smooth and delish. Plus 8oz means I can go to my night job of air traffic control specialist w/o worrying about worrying.
