Pours dark red, scent is full, fruitsyrup, intense. Taste is sharp, intense fruitsyrup. High acidity, big alcohol content (seemingly). A next level mead. Amazing work !

Pours dark red, scent is very rough honey - hiding the fruits, even. Taste is full, juicy, but the honey is very loud and rough (plastic) Not my type of melomel, but I can see why people might like it.

Pours very dark red to black. Scent is ful, intense cherry, milder on the BA. Taste is full, intense cherry, sweet, intense body. mild BA profile. Absolutely lovely.

Dyp rød uten skum. Lukter masser av kirsebær og noe kokos. Smaker litt som likør. Fyldig med smak av honning og søte kirsebær. Nydelig å nippe til.

Bottle at porty vault. Pours deep ruby, nose is huge cherry, honey, oak, hints of juniper, taste is juicy cherry, sweet, floral, honey, less of the barrel in the taste.
