2022 bottle @MBCC 2025, Blue Session. Clear red. Herbal spicy honey aroma. Sweet honey flavour, good, rough honey spice, wax, bourbon barrel. Lovely.

Pours purple. The head is made out of a few big bubbles. Slightly sourish arom of cherries, red currants and black berries. The liquid is thick and loaded with pulp. Flavour is cherries, passion fruit, red currants and black berries.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Cirkus: rødlilla med ok skum. Minner alt for mye om min frokostsmudi hvor banan, bjørnebær og vanilje spiller hovedrollen. Godt, naturligvis, men ingenting som minner om øl.

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours deep dark red with no head. Aroma: sugar, berry, honey, spiced hints. Taste: heavy sweet, honey, red berries, vanilla, very mild tartness, spices. Syrupy mouthfeel, full body, low carbonation.

mead and a lot of fruity stuff going on, pears and apples, but not straight pear and apple, more like baked or from a cake. also reminds me of port wine cellar in portugal, in the young port part of the cellar. almost perfumey. enchanting..
flavor is honey and tons of fruit, but honey still dominated, huge complexity with chocolate, tobacco, wood , caramel like notes. ends slightly fruity-sour but still with a solid meady base. never thin never watery. solid super complex mead.
