Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hop hazed deep copper body that supports a tan head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up an inviting bouquet of grassy herbal, mango and pineapple like hoppiness. The taste delivers grassy to pine like bitter hops creating a bit of a woody sensation and then there’s some bitter citrus here and there too. It tries to get juicy with citrus and tropical fruit but a mild slightly roasty malt note comes to the surface and rubs out the sliver of juiciness amid a pleasing degree of bitter hops. Another solid offering.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky hop hazed deep gold body that supports a light tan head that leaves behind some sheet lacing. The aroma offers up mango and pineapple and then some grassy spicy onion in the background. The taste delivers a smooth brief sweetness and then it quickly gets into bitter grapefruit and then some pineapple and mango juicy tropical hoppiness. It dries out a bit into the finish. Solid hoppy brew with a pleasing balance of bitter and juicy hops.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a hazy copper body that supports a near white head. The mild aroma offers up some malt sweetness and light herbal grassy hops. The taste delivers crisp hops with notes of pine hops, bitter grapefruit and pineapple and then grassy earthy spicy sort of hops. There’s mild citrus juiciness here and there too. This is such a cool hop. Very nice Pale.
