330ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Malty spicy and minimally doughy, yeasty aroma, hints of dark bread crust, whiffs of caraway, light fruity overtones, maybe a touch of elderberry. Taste is mildly bitter hoppy, minimally fruity, slightly malty spicy, weak hints of unripe apricot, mirabelle, maybe elderberry, quite unspecific fruitiness overall, a touch of dark bread crust, caraway, white pepper, light tart-ish aspects. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, somehow tight packed, soft but efficacious carbonation. Relatively rich and complex for a Kölsch, very good mouthfeel, light and fairly refreshing - nice.

Trockener, hefig säuerlicher Beginn. Moderat bananig, weich, nicht übermäßig süffig. Mild herb, dunkel bananig bleibend. Okay.. 9/7/7/7/9/7

33cl can. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a big most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grainy malt, straw and mild spicy hops. Taste of sharp grainy pale malt, straw and spicy hops. Easy Pils.

Many thanks to HP for sharing! Intense gusher - ¾ of the bottle is somewhere - but not in our glasses... Mild fruity with a nice deep smoked back. Malty balanced body, fruity with a smokey finish. Nice beer!

33cl bottle. Gusher! A clear amber beer with a small white lacing. Aroma of strong smoked malt, caramle, bacon. Taste of smoked dark malt, caramel, nuts, bacon.

Süffiger, leicht süßer Rauchbeginn. Leider ist der Hitnergrund schwach bzw. nicht vorhanden, eine stabile Basis fehlt. Bitterer Mittelteil mit abnehmender Rauchigkeit, etwas getreidig. MIttellanger Abgang. Runde Rauchnote aber fehlender Körper. 9/9/8/5/8/8

Leicht hefiger, süffig hellmalziger Beginn. Nicht zu süß, feinherb, kernig. Süßlich brotig im Mittelteil, dabei steigt die Herbe leicht an. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 9/10/11/10/9/11
