Noe søtlig duft av malt, fin gyllen farge med lite skum. Frisk smak litt syrlig smak. Greit drikkeøl.

Bottle bought at BBF13. Pours cloudy dark brown with airy but stable light tan head. Dark aroma of malt, caramel and fruit with notes of roast. Sweetish, fruity, malty and caramellish taste with notes of roast and regular hoppy notes. Bitter finish. Medium to high carbonation. Interesting and definitely enjoyable but nothing that would sweep me off my feet.

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Almost black color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruits, wood. Sour taste with dark fruit, cherries, wood, alcohol. All in all not very good beer, nothing to do with Guinness.

Bottle shared by Cuso. Aroma solvent, woody, lightly fruity. Almost black colour. Taste is sour, cat piss, alcohol, rotten fruits. League of the worst. One of the champions.

325ml bottle from the Wine Company, Slough. Pours and looks like a standard Guinness, but with a ruby red glow when held to the light; after that it’s rather different... the aroma is full of mollasses and demerara sugar; the taste is similar with a rather burnt edge; and there’s a warm satisfying finish with traces of coffee and chocolate. Worth seeking out.

Bottle brewed in Cameroon. Dark brown body, almost black with a moderate sized beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee and hint of caramel. Flavor is rather sweet, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate, low bitterness. Surprisingly sweet for such a light body. Roasted aftertaste. Absolutely drinkable but not very exciting.

325ml bottle, bbe 07/13. Poured black with a creamy, light brown head. Aroma has oatmeal, candy sugar, herbal notes and roastedness. Sweet and smooth moutfeel. Roasted malt, maize, caramel and ash. very ashy finsih with some tobacco as well. Quite dry finish, saves a little, otherwise sweet in flavor. Drinkable, but not nothing I would buy again. light to medium bodied.

32,5 cl bottle @ home, BBE 18.07.2013
Aroma is odd with chlorine, some alcohol, berries and hints of coffee. Flavour has toffee and hay typical to English ales, very roasted malt, some coffee and red wine notes. Harsh bitterness in the finish. Toffee takes over at the end of the glass. Not the most typical foreign stout.

325ml bottle

Pours pitch black with a foamy light brown head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malts, berries, hints of metallic notes. Taste is roasty and smooth with some hints of dark chocolate. Finish is vinous, mildly roasty with hints of berries and bitterness. Okay, quite tasty stout, not your typical Guinness.
