Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, grass, berries, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, berries and bitterness. An unclean brew with some promising notes.

Hazy orange colour, small steady white head. Wheaty, clove, a bit fruity aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Malty, citrusy, quite dry, lacks of typical hefeweizen banana. Adding yeast does not make any difference.

Draught @ the brewpub. Very foamy palate. Aroma has funky yeasty notes, grass and wheat. Flavour has grassy hops, wheat, minerals and mild herbal tones. Slightly messy but still enjoyable.

33 cl bottle @ Hirvihuhta. BBE 02/2021 Aroma has licorice and ash. Flavour has ash, licorice, some butter, toffee and tobacco. Finishes with oddnplastic vibes. Good stuff anyway.

Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, grass, toasted notes, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. Promising but too unbalanced brew.

Murky brown colour, small off-white head. Some hayish hops and some farmhouse effect in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweet malty flavour, some earthy hops. Flavour also has some farmhouse notes. Probably a bit old bottle (4 months? 10 months?) which has not been clean enough.
