Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of funk, lemons, hops, and brett. The flavor is sour with notes of wood, brettanomyces, lemons, and a bit of hops, leading to a tart finish.

On tap at Åben Århus. Slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with nice hints of bright fruits. Dry and tart flavour with citrus, pineapple and wood, along with that particular grainy, porridge-like note of jonge lambic. A pretty good beer with potential for greatness - if it stays in the tank/barrel for longer? 8 months later and on bottle, , the jonge lambic character has definitely been dialed down. Good stuff!
