This cider has a pleasant apple rich aroma. The flavor is quite dry. There’s some light apple sweetness before the dry finish. Clean, tasty.

Pours clear gold with a small white head. The aroma is full of lime and raspberries. Flavor has the malty fruity flavors up front before finishing with that same rather odd bitterness as the hefe that just doesn’t work for me.

Pours hazy pale yellow, lingering white head. It has a typical hefe smell of clove, bananas, and yeast. The flavor is somewhat sweet with heavy cloves and spicy yeast. There’s mild hops bitterness, mostly in the finish. The finish seems a slightly off. Like stale hops? Not sure.
