Deep translucent red-brown body, medium marshmallowy cream head. Aroma toasted sugars and cereal. Body dry on balance, toasted malt, cereal, brown sugar, and a toasty-leathery finish. Solid but not remarkable.

Slightly hazy straw-orange body, thin off-white/cream head. Aroma Bretty fuck (vinaigrette) and peach. Body dusty, tart but not deeply sour, with vinaigrette, horse blanket, oak, and well-attenuated peach (no heaviness). A very nice beer.

Clear amber-copper body, medium dense off-white head. Cerealy, nutty nose, tannic with soapy-floral hops and light sweetness. Body floral, cerealy, nutty, and a touch soapy. Creamy body. Solid, well-balanced Oktoberfest.

Slightly hazy pear juice body, thin white head. Nose light, with light sweet fruit and buttery oak. Body dry, with a slight cobwebby vinaigrette funk, toast, and subtle lemon. It's OK, but not something I would order again.

Deep chocolate brown body, medium cream tan head. Aroma layers of cocoa, toast, and roasted malts, dry on balance. Sharp body, with prominent cocoa powder, also ~smoky roast, coffee, burnt marshmallows/ash, and dark fruit skin. Just a touch of grape. Dense and rather dry. Quite nice.
