Keg at the brewery. 10/30/21, and a few times since then. Opaque dark brown med creamy tan good. Aroma of dank, green hops, peppery hops roast. Taste is dank, green, peppery hops dark roast. Strong bitterness. Very nice. Miss this style. @hershiser2 will be jealous.

Keg at McFleshman's, 10/29/21. Clear gold, ,thin creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of funk, oak, spice, dry apple. Taste is vanilla, oak, booze, honey, tart apple. Very nice.

Cask at McFleshman’s, to cap off Lagerfest. And a nice way to end it. 10/9/21. Black, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, peppers. Taste matches. Full body, lingering heat, well balanced.. Very nice.

Cask at the brewery, 9.28.21. Slightly hazy gold, large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of lime, pale malt. Taste is lime, grapefruit, pale malt. Crisp, not very Pilsner like, but nice.

Cask at the brewery, 8.29.21. Hazy copper large frothy white head good retention. Aroma of grain, toffee, pineapple. Taste is piney hops, pale malt, fresh pineapple.

Keg at the brewery, 8.18.21. Hazy orange thin tan head good retention. Aroma of tart cherry pie filling apple skins. Taste is sweet cherry tart apple hint of funk. Nice.

Cask at the brewery, 8.14.21. Hazy amber thin creamy white head good retention. Aroma of fresh pepper, fresh peppercorn, bready malt. Taste is fresh chili pepper, bready malt, pepper, stone fruit.

Cask at the source, 8.12.21. Hazy orange thin creamy white head good retention. Aroma of lemongrass, orange, pale malt. Taste is lemongrass, hay, citrus. Could be crisper, but that's probably due to the serving style. Hint of piney bitterness. Tasty.

Keg at the brewery, 8.10.21. Hazy orange large creamy white head good retention. Aroma of yeast, apricot, cotton candy, subtle almond. Taste is spice, apple, apricot, yeast. Doughy malt. Lingering spice and yeast. Dry overall. Nice one. Update: the aroma keeps changing. Now I'm getting lemon and lime. Cool.
