Corked and capped 750 mL bottle from the brewery, 12/21/20. Hazy orange, thin fizzy head that fades quickly. Aroma of rum, oak, vanilla, spice, booze. Taste is dry apple, tart orange, spice. Oak, rum. Medium bodied. Could use some aging.

Keg at the brewery on release day, 11.25.20. Black, large creamy dark brown head good retention. Aroma of roast, raisin, dark chocolate, whiskey, hints of oak. Taste is roast, chocolate, cherry, oak, whisky, raisin, vanilla. Full bodied, mild booze.

12 ounce can from McFleshmans, who almost snuck this one by me. Not so fast! 10/22/20. Hazy pinkorange, thin frothy tan head, good retention. Looks viscous. Aroma of strawberry, pale malt, and I'm suddenly thinking of my 3rd grade classroom, so, glue and pencil shavings? Taste is tart berry, pale malt, grapefruit. A bit thin. Okay.

Can thanks to Drake! Slightly haZy gold with a large, soft white head. Lemon zest, dish soap nose. Lemon zest, light lime, minor floral hops, hint of pin, bread crust. Lightly herbal.
