Crower freshly filled at the brewery, 4/6/25. Clear gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, Noble hops, hint of honey. Taste is honey and pale malt. It's a little honey dominant but not bad.

Tried at the brewery, 4/2/25. Near black, large beige head, average retention. Aroma of roast, green hops, resin. Taste is roast, bitter green hops, followed by chocolate. Strong bitterness. Very reminiscent of a black IPA. Nice.

Nitro at the brewery, 3/15/25. Hazy orange, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of nuts, roast, coffee, caramel. Taste is caramel, grain, coffee, nuts, vanillla.

Keg at the brewery, 2/24/25. Slightly hazy yellow, large white head, average retention. Aroma of lemon bready malt, white grape, tannins. Taste is lemon, wine, bready malt. Hint of oak. Bright, well balanced.
Nitro at the brewery,2.10.24. Dark brown, medium tan head, good retention. Aroma of chocolate roast, honey. Taste is strong sweet chocolate, honey, mild roast. Very sweet which I think was intentional since this was made for a chocolate pairing event
