Keg at the brewery, 8.15.20. Hazy dark orange, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, pale malt, a hint of toast. Taste is grapefruit, resin, pine, candied orange. Medium bodied moderate lingering bitterness. This is a pro-am and I was one of the final 2 judges that picked the winner. We done good.

Keg at the brewery, 7/3/20. Yes, I'm rating out of order! For those who know me that's not my practice, but it is a brave new world. Slightly hazy red amber, thin creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of funk, oak, stone fruit, and a mustard-like note. Taste is tart funk, stone fruit, cherry, brown sugar. Medium bodied, bright, lingering tartness. Nicely done.

12 ounce can from the brewery, 6/1/20. Hazy orange. Aroma of lime and pale malt. Taste matches with some bitterness. Medium bodied, juicy. It's good.

750 mL bottle from the brewery, 5/29/20. Hazy amber, large fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, toffee. Taste is toffee, caramel, cherry, whiskey, oak, bourbon. Full bodied, mild booze.

Keg at the brewery, 5/26/20. Appropriate for being my first sip as the brewery re-opens for outdoor service. Hazy orange, thin fizzy white head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, honey, citrus. Taste is citrus, honey, pale bready malt. Medium bodied, crisp. A little non-traditional but pretty good.

Tap at Sidedoor. Deep, filtered amber-brown. Steady, thick, beige head. A little heavy handed, but a nice zesty hop balance evens it out. More of a hoppy US Brown than and Alt, but still enjoyable enough.

12 ounce can from McFleshman's, 5/9/20. It's cool that these two breweries decided to take the All Together a step further by collaborating on it. Hazy orange-yellow, large foamy white head, decent retention. Aroma of mango, dank, earth, passionfruit, pale malt. Taste is pine, resin, herbal notes, dank, earth, dry passionfruit, pepper. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness.

12 ounce can from the brewery, 4/27/20. Clear copper, large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, nuts, dark fruit. Taste is toffee, caramel, pine, nuts, raisin. Some toast. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness. Tasty.

12 ounce can from the brewery, 4/11/20. They apparently made this a year ago so I'm glad I'm getting to see the stuff I missed because I didn't yet live in Appleton. Black, large frothy tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong peppers and smoke. Also some roastiness. Taste is fresh peppers, nuts, roast, coffee, mild smoke. Thin. Medium bodied, well balanced. Low heat. Overall pretty nice.
