Keg at the brewery, 6/29/24. Hazy amber, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of honey, toasted malt. Taste is toasted malt, caramel, honey. Crisp, well balanced.

Keg at the brewery, 6/22/24. Hazy orange amber, large beige head, good retention. Aroma of toast, caramel, grain, and a fruity note. Taste is toast, grain, caramel, nuts, Noble hops. Well balanced, a bit thin. Nice.

Half liter bottle from the brewery, 6/21/24 (547 day). Very hazy dark orange, presumably from the bottle conditioning. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, resin, pale malt. Taste is melon, grapefruit, pine, resin, pale malt, a bit of toast and caramel. Strong bitterness. Lime comes in the finish. Pretty bright lime. Definitely different experience than the regular 547 but damn it's good. Long finish. Getting some leaves now. Damn.

Keg at the brewery, 6/19/24, and I''ve had several pints since. Clear ruby red. Thin head. Aroma of sweet cherry, dry apple. Taste is tart and sweet cherry, dry apple. Nice.

At the source 5/17/24. Hazy peach-orange, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of tangerine, mango, pale malt. Taste is tangerine, mango, pineapple, fresh grapefruit, pale malt. Juicy, low bitterness. Solid.

Keg at the brewery, 5/11/24. And I've had gallons since. Gold, slightly hazy, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of pine, resin, grass, tart lime. Taste is pine, resin, tangerine, grapefruit, lime, pale malt. Strong bitterness. Nice.
