However, we found not only the places, but also amazing people that soon became friends and with whom we have been since able to share that same passion.
The curiosity over all the brewing process took us to the next step: training, a lot of reading and of course, many small batches produced in order to improve our recipes.
Initially for our own consumption (homebrewing), and with a production capability from 16 to 40 lts depending on style, we continued producing the beer styles we liked the most.
Today we want to share that passion.

Bottle at BBT 11/2021. Malty aroma and taste, chocolate, roastyness, cherry barrel notes, medium bitter, lught sourish notes. Full body, malty chocolate cherry bitter finish with warming alcohol notes. Good.

Shared bottle at BBT november 2021. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma of dark malt, nougat, sherry cask. Taste, dark malt, sherry, chocolate, nougat. Nice.

Draught, half pint. @Caminha Artbeerfest 2021, Caminha (Portugal), 14/08/2021 [#4.144 Global - #214 Portugal - #1 Tough Love 8My Portuguese Brewery #64)] Light hazed golden colour with a medium off-white head. Aroma: resinous hops, orange zest and passionfruit. Taste: resinous, light citrusy and malty. Medium bitter finish. First good impression Next one please!
