On tap at the DTM location Light foggy pale golden with a spotty off white head and lacing. Light farmhouse pale Belgian yeast character in the aroma but more so in the flavors. Light weight pale soft grain. A little wheaty. Pale quick and a great beer for warm early spring days.

On Tap at the new Downtown brewery/taproom. Fairly clear light yellow peach colored pour. Coarse off-white head and spotty lacing. Very light pale clean malts. Dry clean sharp citrus pith bitters. Fairly strong IBU hit, but fresh and clean.

Draft at Loose Screw. Foggy golden pour, small, wispy white foamy head. Tropical, fruity aroma. Taste is a lot of guava and mango, with little bits of pineapple and melon

Draft at Loose Screw Downtown. Foggy golden pour, small head dissipates. Yeasty, Belgian aroma. Taste is bready, yeasty, typical Belgian notes but in a lighter offering. Nice summer day quaff.

On Tap at the Downtown Meridian brewery/taproom Foggy bring lemon yellow pour with a bright white pillowy head. Fresh floral tropical hop character light pale malts. A little of that NE IPA hop sting.

On Tap at the new downtown Meridian brewery/taproom. Foggy pale yellow peach pour. Quick lively white head quickly dissipating. Subtly aromas and flavors of stone fruit and the rhubarb. Lightly bready and modest tartness. Light and subtle, may not have guess the Rhubarb had I not known.

On Tap at the new downtown Meridian brewery/taproom. Clear light bright golden. Fine bright white head. Classic pils noble hop bite. Light pale malts that have a little sweetness too. Crisp and nicely drying palate.

On tap at the brewery pours out hazy flesh color topped with a white head. Nose is light berries and some rhubarb a little wheat. Taste is more of the nice light grain notes some sweet and tart touch.

On tap at the brewery pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice cornhusk some grass notes. Taste is more of the nice corn husk grass and grain.

On Tap at the new downtown Meridian brewery/taproom Just a touch of haze on this medium rusty deep amber pour. Dense light tan head. Toasted malts, some woody notes. drying palate and generally somewhat light. Nice color and flavors.
