Taster at Loose Screw - McMillan. Dark brown pour with a small beige foamy head. Aroma is roasty and bitter, with notes of coffee. Taste is the same as the nose, roasty, burnt, coffee, dark chocolate.

On Tap at the McMillan taproom. Foggy deep lemon yellow pour. Plenty of citrus pith, in the flavors and aromas. Full bodied. Sturdy big beer with lots of west coast IPA character.

On tap at the Meridian Brewery/taproom. Foggy very pale white/yellow with a thin dense white head. Light pale grains and just a touch of noble hops. Quaffable I suppose but generally bland. No flaws. Well done. Just not interesting
