Country ticking in Malaysia, woohoo! Unfortunately, multiple cans on Pulau Mantanani. Clear pale golden, white head. Aroma is already a warning, skunk and wet paper. Flavour is pretty much the same, very fizzy, lots of wet paper/cardboard. A waste of resources imo. Very bad, headache material.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. The aroma is very malty and wort like, with some fruityness. Itβs thin on the palate, with low carbonation. The flavor is grainy, fruity and wort like, not super interesting and not very good either. Lacking big time on hops. Certainly not a beer Iβd drink, even when in Egypt. 120218

Can, as Sakara 10% King, at local tasting, shared by our beerpal Olav. Golden colour, moderate white head. Sweetish "industrial" aroma, but also some nicer notes of spices (cinnamon etc.). Sweetish chemical flavour, notes of alcohol, hints of spices.

Can at local tasting, as Meister Max 8% Lager Beer, shared by our beerpal Olav. Pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Terrible industrial aroma, chemical waste and raw alcohol. Disgusting sweetish chemical flavour. Undrinkable.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of grain and unfermented malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of unfermented malt and lighter notes of metal. The body is thin.
