Draft: Orange pour with a nice sized white head and good lacing. Aroma is of citrus hops with a hint of florals. Taste is a sweet citrus hop up front with smooth malts into a nice tart/crisp finish. A very nice pale ale.

On Tap: Deep brown with a smaller tan head and just a little lacing. Nose is roasted malt and coffee, the taste of the coffee is more prominent with roasted malt and a bit of cocoa notes. Just a hint of bittersweetness. Medium body and overall a nice porter.

On Tap at the brewpub. LIght slightly hazy golden color with a nice presistant white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma was some slight Ginger, but mainly the typical wheat malts of an American Wheat. Flavor had a little more of the spiciness which I thought was the right amount to be complimentary but not too up front. Soft light wheat beer palate and littel other bittering flavors. Late slight spicy trailer.

On Tap at the brewpub. Very dark amber. More like a bock. Very nice full sandy colored head. PLenty of long lasting lacing. Aroma is dark, woody, with roasted malts and only slight bitterness. Flavor was similar, again, quite dark for the stlye. A robust, heavy amber that has a nice hop/malt profile. Tasty.

Nice golden yellow pour with a slight haziness to it. Taste is somewhat sweet and malty with a little hops present. Nothing overally dynamic, but rather basic and reliable. Better than any macro, but not near as good as other offerings at the Hollow

Loved the color in this brew - dark amber with reddish tones and a small tan head. Very strong maltiness with subtle roasty tones and some caramels. Not much hop presence, but overall a solid amber ale.

Cloudy orange and brown, looks like an Arnold Palmer - lemonade and iced tea mix. Very soft fruity taste, not much hops or malt present, and a small wheat presence. Pleasantly tart, overall an enjoyable fruit beer.

Golden pour with a smaller white head and decent lacing. Aroma is a blend of spices, ginger is seemingly prevalent. Taste is also quite spicey, with ginger present and some citrus qualities. Ok brew, but not as good as thier other offerings.

Pours a dark brown, almost black with an ample tan head. Aroma was a bit strong at first, but pleasant of roasted maltiness. Tastes of malts, roastiness, and a decent bitterness. Creamy, yet thin on the body. Overall, it was good, but not great/
