Owner and brewmaster Nate Schwartz brews on a custom 10 bbl system and creates ales in the true Northwest fashion. Taster at brewery. Medium amber with a small skin of head. Big malty notes in the aroma and taste, followed by some crisp bitterness. Really full of flavor, and the bitterness seals it. Nice beer.
Taster at the brewery. Medium golden pour with a small frothy head. Aroma is earthy, grassy with a touch of sweetness. Taste comes in with more of the leafy hops, mild bitterness, and a slick oily feel. Nice.
On tap pours out crisp amber copper color topped with a small head. Nose is sweet honey notes caramel malts and some grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet notes and a light grain note.
