Description
Maltese Brewing Company was founded and started by Bobby Cook and Joseph Smith. Two firefighters with a passion for craft beer, which brought them together. When the two heroes were not saving homeless babies from their burning mansions, they loved getting together to create delicious home brew. A past time that the two could share while their little ones were running a muck in the house. Many home brews and band-aids later (don't worry they're professionals) the two decided that they could make better use of their time by finding part time jobs. After many more brewing sessions to discuss this further, they decided to sell their beer! Thus the creation of the world's most awesome nano-brewery began...

Taster pour at the brewery. Pale golden lately cloudy head dissipates fast. Aroma is light grains, malts, a little sweet. Taste is more of the soft malty flavors with just a hint of fruitiness at the finish that gives it a nice touch.

Taster at brewery. Pale, bright golden pour, clear, patchy head. Aroma is sweet, some citrus, lemon. Taste is dry, sweet, tart. Doesn't come together for me. I think a hit of lactose would work wonders for this beer.

Draft: Mild soil nose. Clear brown, headless. Sweet coffee, chilie pepper? possibly jalapeno. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Kind of\ a strange beer that probably wasn’t what the brewer intended. I wonder if they had poured a chilie beer on this line before this one.
