Pint can thanks to Drake! New brewery! I forgot I wanted to drink beer tonight and ended up drinking some smoked maple bourbon that Drake reminded me how much I liked (and how much he hated) when he was in town. So, after a couple of those, it's time for beer. Gold, hint of haze, white head. Grapefruit peel, green hops, pine, dank hops in the nose. Pot, green hops, pine, hose, grapefruit peel and juice. Nice flavor. Quite enjoyable.

Pint can from the brewery, 10/8/22. Hazy yellow, medium off-white head, good retention. Aroma of dank and green hops. Taste is resin, green hops, pine, dank. Weed. Very green, dry. Lingering bitterness. Nice. I feel like I’m getting my veggies.

Keg at the brewery, 9/10/22. NEW BREWERY! Brewery #2086, USA #1687, Illinois #69. Clear gold, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of tangerine, lime zest, pale malt. Taste is tangerine, pale malt. Crisp, mild bitterness. Simple but pretty enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Thick malt tone for an APA in 2022, lots of toffee, caramel. Nice dry bitter hop tone that cuts through the malts. Filtered, clean body. OK.

Tap at the brewery. Nice hop depth. Big, bold, juicy bitter, sweet, drinks right next to a IIPA. Pretty solid brew, a little bit earthy, not quite there.
