Quite stable yellowish tinted head over fully clear chestnut coloured beer. Lavender, green cardamome, spices dominating the nose. Bitter-spicy, retronasal cardamome, but in the mouth, bitterish and human sweat. Very well carbonated, slick, medium bodied. Long lasting flavours. For the enthusiasts. Txs to Stef!

Kerstbier Festival. Hazy ruby red beer with a off white head. Aroma of herbs and spices, dark malt. Taste of cardamon, spicy dark malt, anis, brownies.
